In a spray bottle, fill 3/4 with distilled water, add 1 tablespoon witch hazel & 5-10 drops of lavender oil (we prefer Doterra) depending on bottle size. Shake & spray on linens & bedding.
Lavender skin tonic
In a small pot, boil water & add fresh lavender. Boil for at least 15 minutes. All of the beautiful purple hues will disappear. Cool & store in glass bottle. We keep ours in the fridge. Use on skin when needed to calm senses or skin irritations.
Adding fresh rosemary is a favorite in our home. Not only does it fill our home with an amazing aroma, it also is a cognitive stimulate, creating an increase in alertness & focus.
